designed programs that meet or exceed customer requirements measured by NOCTI
test results, safety records, attendance records, and cooperative education
placements.

customer satisfaction through the measuring of both secondary and adult
enrollment figures and customer satisfaction survey ratings.

performance by analyzing NOCTI and attendance results.

quality system through the measurement of timely responses to continuous
