Specialized Skill Training

The Venango Technology Center offers Specialized Training for Adults.  The Specialized Training is daytime vocational training in the shop instructional areas. The areas of instruction available for Adult Specialized Training are:

 Allied Health Occupations (includes Nurse Assistant training)

 Auto Body Repair Technology

 Automotive Technology

 Building Construction Technology

 Computer Information Systems

 Cosmetology

 Computer Aided Drafting & Design

 Culinary Arts

 Electronics Technology

 Equipment Operation and Maintenance Technology

 Machine Tool Technology

 Marketing Education

 Natural Resources

 Welding Technology

Enrollment in Specialized Training is based on available openings and is on a first come, first served basis.  To enroll in Specialized Training contact the school at (814) 677-3097, ext. 217 or 219 for an application.  Applications are accepted year round.  Interested persons will be contacted for an interview.

TUITION COSTS

  The tuition is as follows:

FULL DAY (8:30 am - 2:45 pm)    $ 41.00            

HALF DAY (8:30 am - 11:10 OR 11:50 -2:45 pm     $ 20.50
