• Students interested in becoming a VTC student in the 2024-2025 school year can apply now. Select your School District and/or the district you reside in from the list below to start your application. Once you submit, it will be sent to your District School Counselor.

    *WHO MAY APPLY TO VENANGO TECHNOLOGY CENTER?

    Students entering grades 10, 11, and 12 who reside within one of the six participating school districts may apply to attend VTC. 

    *HOW IS ADMISSIONS GRANTED? 

    Enrollment at VTC is limited. Each application is evaluated and the most qualified applicants are granted admission until all open slots are full. Students who are not offered a seat are placed on a waiting list for potential openings. 

    *WHAT IF THE APPLICANT DOES NOT ATTEND PUBLIC SCHOOL?

    Students who attend parochial or private schools should contact the superintendent's office of the school district in which they reside for enrollment procedures.

    Students who are homeschooled are welcome to apply through the online application portal above. Additional documents may be requested from the student during the application review.

    Students who attend a cyber charter school may attend VTC if the school in which they are enrolled contracts with the VTC business office and there are slots available in the requested shop. The business manager can be reached at (814) 677-3097 or padams@vtc1.org .

    *WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS?

    Sending school districts set their own deadlines for admissions to allow for processing time. Generally, applications are due in early spring for admission in the following school year. Please check with your district school counselor for deadlines. Applications received after the first-round of admissions will be considered dependent on space availability.
