Specialized Daytime Training

 
The Venango Technology Center offers Specialized Training for adults.  The Specialized Training is daytime vocational training in the shop instructional areas.  The areas of instruction available for Adult Specialized Training are:

  • Building Construction Technology
  • Computer Aided Drafting and Design
  • Computer Information Systems 
  • Culinary Arts
  • Dental Assistant
  • Early Childhood Education

  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
  • Heavy Equipment Repair Technology
  • Machine Tool Technology
  • Natural Resources
  • Protective Services

Enrollment in Specialized Training is based on available openings and is on a first come, first served basis.  Adult students who attend daytime programs are required to have current PA State Police, FBI, and Child Abuse background checks.  Please contact Jennifer Riley, Adult Education Coordinator, at 814-677-3097, Ext. 1310 to enroll in Specialized Training.  Applications are accepted year round.  Interested persons will be contacted for an interview.
