FABTECH 2015

 FABTECH 2015, Chicago

On November 10, 2015, the Welding Class from the Venango Technology Center traveled to Chicago, Illinois to take in FABTECH 2015.  FABTECH is one of the worlds largest fabricating technology exhibits.  It started with meeting at the Tech Center at 11 PM on 9 November and getting on a bus to head to Chicago at 1230 AM.  The class made it there at 8 AM and had breakfast at a local McDonalds, 9 AM into the show.  Several times throughout the day the group meet for a headcount and was released to explore more of the show.  At 6 PM that night the class got back on the bus and headed home reaching Oil City at 2:30 AM on 11 November.  The students were tired but all had many stories to tell of all the amazing exhibits that had a chance to see.  FABTECH 2016 is in Las Vegas......bus trip???????
